Matt specializes in working with closely-held business owners and investors. He has over 10 years experience in investment banking and investment management. In addition, he has worked with many businesses and business owners on growth plans, strategic acquisitions and planned exit strategies. He has equity ownership in several closely-held businesses and is active in helping direct and manage the growth of those businesses. He has extensive experience with valued added manufacturing businesses, technology and consumer product companies. Currently, Matt is an advisor to the Board of Directors of Snapware Corporation and is on the Providence Medical Systems of Oregon Planned Giving Advisory Board and the Linfield College Business Advisory Council. He is also the Vice-Chair of the Executive Board of the North Pacific Conference of the Covenant Church. Matt is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®). In addition he has received the Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation. Outside of work, he is a husband to his wife, Kate and a father to his two beautiful children. In his limited free time, he likes to spend time at his family's ranch in Idaho where he can fish, hike, hunt and otherwise relax.
S cott has over fifteen years of investment banking and transactional planning experience. He has been actively involved in management buyouts, recapitalizations, strategic consolidations and growth capital financings. Scott's passion for business has exposed him to many opportunities and experiences. He is an equity holder in several business ventures and is currently on the Board of Directors of Crimson Trace Corporation and is an advisor to the Board of Directors of SNAPWARE Corporation. He enjoys taking an active role with management teams and business owners in an effort to grow their businesses to the next level. He has extensive experience assisting consumer product related companies. Scott was raised in Eastern Washington and received his B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University. He has also obtained his CPA designation. He has used his leadership skills to benefit civic organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Final Word, a regional Christian radio program. His other passions include his family, basketball and outdoor activities.
Brad has extensive experience in strategic business and exit strategy planning, along with investment banking and tax strategy services. He specializes in putting owners’ goals together with business platforms, people and money, both equity capital and lenders. His entrepreneurial experience and relationships with private business owner/entrepreneurs has led to his involvement as an equity holder in several business ventures in high tech, commercial real estate, residential real estate, retail and intellectual property. Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Officers Club, a board member of the Northwest Autism Foundation and member of the Lake Oswego Rotary Club. Born and raised in the Portland area, Brad received his B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University in 1978. In addition, he has attended graduate study courses in business and taxation at Portland State University. Brad has an active lifestyle with Jeri and their four children, along with passions of being a pilot, avid skier and musician.
Craig has over twenty five years of corporate finance experience including investment banking, transactional planning, strategic planning and investment management. His career comprises private sector investing from both a strategic and financial investor perspective. Craig is currently on the Board of Directors of Crimson Trace Corporation, and he was involved as an outside CFO and on the Board of Advisors to Benchmade Knife Company. He currently is involved as a strategic consultant to many owners and executive teams. He has written financial articles for national and local publications, was featured on the cover of a national magazine, and has been a frequent lecturer on financial and investment planning to national audiences. In addition, he is a contributing author to "Tips from the Top - Targeted Advice from America's Top Money Minds", "Age Without Rage", and "The Secrets of Positioning Your Business to Sell". He has received the Certified Financial Planner™ certification in addition to the CPA designation. He has also received the Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor designation.
