Pieter W. van Staden maintains a MDP certification in Business Management from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa as well as B-Tec from the University of Tswane, South Africa. Mr. van Staden has extensive experience in Business Management in South Africa and the U.S. and has served in the positions of Regional General Manager and Regional Director of Sales for Smith & Nephew. Mr. van Staden joined TrueNorth Resources as Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Mr. van Staden partnered with Mimosa Projects and developed and marketed numerous residential projects in South Africa.
Andrew Miles holds a B.S. in Political Science, and a Minor in Sociology from Hofstra University, as well as a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University. Mr. Miles was admitted to New York and Federal Bar in 1988. Mr. Miles currently maintains FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations. Mr. Miles’ practice specializing in legal services further developed to offering tax advisory services to high-net worth clients through his company, Tax Savings Professionals. Mr. Miles is a founding member of TrueNorth Resources.

Mr. van Staden also maintains the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations. Mr. van Staden begin his career in South Africa at ABSA Bank before moving to the U.S. in 2001. In 2012, Mr. van Staden become the CEO of a Florida Broker-Dealer, and served as a member of the Due Diligence Committee
