Co-Managing

Greg Guido

Greg Guido is a Co-Managing Member at Stonemar. He is is jointly responsible for all corporate and strategic decisions and for growing and managing the company's property portfolio. Mr. Guido specializes in sourcing, analyzing, valuing, structuring, negotiating, and closing new investments and is responsible for developing and managing all debt and joint venture equity relationships. Mr. Guido has acquired and advised on more than $10.5 billion of real property during his 20-year career. Prior to Stonemar, he specialized in acquisitions for Antares Investment Partners, The Praedium Group, and Liquid Realty Partners. Mr. Guido also consulted on acquisition, development, repositioning, and portfolio-valuation projects for Cerberus Capital Management, Centro Properties Group US (now Brixmor Property Group), General Electric, and Argent Ventures. Additionally, Mr. Guido was a Board Member of Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE: WRK.UN) from the company’s inception in 2005 through its $1.4 billion sale in 2012. Whiterock was a Toronto-based company publicly-traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange that owned and managed 11 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets throughout Canada and the United States. Mr. Guido was a member of the REIT’s Investment, Audit, and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. He was also an elected member of the Special Committee responsible for analyzing and assisting in the negotiation of the REIT's $1.4 billion sale to Dundee Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE: D.UN) in March 2012. Mr. Guido began his career in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions at SBC Warbug. He then spent several years in leveraged finance focusing on the energy sector at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Mr. Guido earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jonathan Gould

Jonathan Gould is a Co-Managing Member at Stonemar where he has been involved in all phases of the company’s development since its inception in 2003. Mr. Gould is jointly responsible for all corporate decisions and focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and developing and managing joint venture relationships. He also leads all property management and leasing initiatives. Mr. Gould has acquired more than $2.0 billion of real property during his 30-year career. He has also managed more than $30 million of construction, redevelopment, capital improvement projects and negotiated hundreds of leases. Mr. Gould also has participated in a variety of complex land assemblages and several office and residential development projects in New York City. Of note, Mr. Gould spearheaded the $638 million acquisition of Prime Retail, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMRE), a publicly-traded REIT with 36 outlet centers and 10 million square feet that was sold for $2.2 billion in 2010 to Simon Properties Group. From 1998 to 2001, he was a Senior Vice President at SL Green Realty Corporation (NYSE: SLG) where he was responsible for the REIT’s acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of more than $1.5 billion of commercial office and retail properties. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Gould was a partner and Executive Vice President in charge of acquisitions and real estate at Icon Parking Systems, an owner-operator of parking facilities, commercial and multifamily properties, and development sites throughout New York City. During his tenure, he led the company through its principle expansion phase, growing its portfolio of parking assets from 52 to 115 locations. He also assisted in transforming Icon into the city’s largest private owner of parking facilities, and he positioned it for an eventual $275 million recapitalization with the Whitehall Fund, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Gould earned a B.A. from the Boston University School of Management and a J.D. from New York Law School. He was admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bars.
