Mr. Parthasarathy is an accomplished mortgage origination executive with an extensive background in the critical areas of Credit and Quality Control, as well as Pricing and Secondary Marketing. In previous positions with four of the nation’s major lenders, Mr. Parthasarathy created pricing models and loan underwriting guidelines. On the banking side of the mortgage business, he developed relationships with Wall Street and non Wall Street counterparties. Prior to the formation of Red Hills, Mr. Parthasarathy was an Executive Vice President of Lime Financial, a nationwide mortgage lender which was acquired by Credit Suisse. He has managed $6 billion in loans in the past four years and has negotiated $800 million in lending financing. Mr. Parthasarathy graduated from the University of Buffalo with honors.
Mr. Barnett is a successful real estate entrepreneur who founded previous companies specializing in loan originations and the acquisition and liquidation of distressed assets. His credentials for real estate acquisition, due diligence and liquidation are well established. Prior to co-founding Red Hills, he originated more than $385 million in residential mortgages; and purchased and sold more than $35 million in performing and distressed real estate. His expertise with distressed properties includes the essential component of property management and enhancement during the time between acquisition and liquidation. Mr. Barnett graduated summa cum laude from George Washington University.
Mr. Kidd is a veteran of Wall Street and a former Vice President at one of the world’s premier banks. At Credit Suisse he was responsible for Capital Markets and Mortgage Trading for the Wholesale, Retail and Correspondent Channels. His experience includes management of a $12 billion pipeline consisting of performing and non-performing loans and more than $60 billion in non-agency collateral during his career. His in-depth understanding of mortgage originations allowed him to design and manage much of the process used by more than 300 mortgage originators nationwide to hedge and trade their mortgage pipelines. He also established and maintains trading relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and multiple large bank portfolio managers and services. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Kidd returned to his native Oregon to co-found Red Hills Acquisitions.
Mr. Kidd is an experienced loan originator who consistently ranked as a top performer for nationwide mortgage lender, Lime Financial. His experience includes the origination of more than $70 million in residential loans and the creation and management of broker relationships at more than 100 mortgage companies. His expertise includes loan revisions and work-outs and helping brokers manage relationships with borrowers during all facets of the lending process. Mr. Kidd graduated from the University of Oregon with honors.
