President

Robb Crumpton

Robb is an organizing member and President of LIV Development and is responsible for managing all activities of the company. Robb is a graduate of Auburn University Building Science program and has developed and constructed approximately $300 million in multifamily projects. His previous experience has been involved in the pre-development and due diligence portion of project delivery as well as budgeting, pricing, contracting, and construction of multifamily projects. Having worked extensively in the Southeast and Midwest, his efforts with LIV Development are focused on the Sunbelt states. Robb also is actively involved in many community and industry organizations and is the primary point of contact for the business relationships that LIV Development maintains. Robb is accountable for the decisions of the company and the opportunities pursued at LIV Development.

Director of Construction

David O’Brien

David is an organizing member and currently acts as the Director of Construction for LIV Development. David brings over 12 years of construction experience to the team and oversees all construction activities from pre-construction to project closeout. After graduating from Auburn University, David worked in preconstruction for several years before moving on to work as a project manager on both commercial and multifamily projects. After garnering valuable site experience David continued his multifamily experience working as the chief estimator for a construction company, specializing in construction management, working exclusively for and was owned by a student housing developer. In this position, David worked closely with development managers in determining the cost and feasibility of student housing projects across the nation as well as negotiating the prime construction contracts on the projects. In addition to overseeing construction, David brings added value to LIV Development and its clients, by using his relationships in the industry to provide the best materials, methods and craftsmanship available to the company.

CFO

Patrick Jackson

Patrick is the CFO of LIV Development and LIV Apartment Partners. In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, he oversees the management of our development portfolio. Patrick has extensive experience in multifamily real estate, previously working for a large publicly traded multifamily focused REIT which developed, owned and managed over 115 properties in the Sunbelt markets. While there, Patrick advanced into multiple leadership positions within the finance and accounting department, overseeing investment due diligence and underwriting, financial reporting, and assurance and compliance. Patrick began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in the assurance and audit group, performing financial statement audits on clients ranging across multiple industry lines. Patrick is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Andrew Murray

Andrew is the Director of Development for LIV Development. He is responsible for originating and structuring new investment opportunities for the company. Prior to joining LIV, Andrew most recently worked with a large regional development company focusing on new conventional and tax credit development opportunities in multiple southeastern states. He is also a former partner of Rock Apartment Advisors where he worked for six years and was involved in over $1 Billion in apartment transactions. He has over 12 years of multifamily experience involving development, acquisitions, brokerage, and tax credit syndication. Andrew graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
