Griffin Partners

Griffin Partners is a commercial real estate development, management and leasing company. With more than three decades of experience, the firm’s principals have the skills and knowledge to evaluate a property or project and create the right strategy to maximize its value or result. Griffin Partners specializes in acquiring and managing key commercial properties that increase value and provide attractive returns for investors. The careers of the principals involve hundreds of assignments, millions of square feet, and a virtual who’s who of companies and individuals. In all of these assignments, Griffin Partners has built a reputation of providing lasting, client-focused relationships. Our team offers a full range of services to corporate and institutional real estate owners, including development, investment management, acquisition and disposition, asset and property management, marketing and leasing. The firm works closely with each client to identify current needs and to create solutions that reach both short-term and long-term goals. Committed to responsiveness and high-performance, Griffin typically outperforms many benchmark comparisons. From the first negotiation of the acquisition price to the last detail of the asset sale, Griffin Partners carefully manages the investment return. And, since the company’s principals are also investors in each project, the goals for all involved are the same – to enhance performance, reduce risk, and provide a diversified portfolio with continuing options to invest and re-invest capital.
