Bob Champion is the founder and President of Champion Real Estate Company which he established in 1987. Bob has a Master's of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California where he has also taught real estate investment, development and urban planning for the past 16 years. He is a nationally recognized expert in shopping centers, vertical retailing, public-private partnerships and mixed-use development with retail, residential, office and entertainment components. In addition, Bob has taught at UCLA, ICSC University and the CRA University. He has been a featured speaker on multiple occasions at the annual conferences of ULI, ICSC and CRA and for Apartment Finance, Realshare and Real Estate Trends.

Garrett Champion heads Champion’s for-sale urban infill residential development activities consisting of small lot detached, townhome and condominium development and is a member of its Investment Committee. He has been with the Company since 2013. Garrett is a graduate of the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and earned the Top Scholar Athlete award as the catcher for the University’s Varsity Baseball Team, which won the WAC Championship in 2012. Garret is an active participant with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Hawai’i Alumni Association and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Greg Beck heads Champion's multi-family and mixed-use development activities and is a member of its Investment Committee. He has been with the Company since 2005. Greg is currently in the midst of entitling and developing three mid-rise apartment projects and one high-rise luxury mixed-use project in core Southern California submarkets. Greg has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Parker Champion heads Champion’s high yield and value add cash flow investment activities and is a member of its Investment Committee. He has been with the Company since 2011. Prior to his current position, Parker worked for Wilson Commercial Real Estate. Parker holds a California Real Estate Broker's license, an undergraduate degree in Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Parker is an active member of the University of Southern California alumni network and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Greg Fink heads Champion’s equity capital markets and investor relations activities, and he has been with the Company since 2015. Prior to his current position Greg held positions at Moss Adams Capital, IHP Capital Partners and Credit Suisse First Boston. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art History from Stanford University and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. Greg is an active participant with Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Chris Wilson is responsible for Champion’s retail development and investment and is a member of its Investment Committee. In addition, Wilson is a founder of Champion’s affiliate company Wilson Commercial in 1992. Chris graduated from the University of Southern California in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and received his Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1985. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Chris has completed over $500 million in retail leasing and retail investment sale transactions
