Seeking to offer a family office with best-in-class service, Paul founded Argos Partners with three client families in 2007. His vision: to assemble a team of talented tax, financial, business, real estate, insurance, philanthropy, wealth management and estate planning experts who – day in and day out – would collaborate closely on the needs of a select few ultra-affluent families.

Serving the needs of Argos Partners’ ultra-affluent families, Rich and his team of eight handle all tax-related matters, cash flow management, business consulting, real estate investment analysis, insurance aggregation, loan negotiation and structuring, and many other tax and business activities. Rich’s long history and background in real estate serves Argos families well. Because of his experience, he and his team are able to underwrite and understand complicated real estate transactions for potential investments, find and place financing for those transactions, as well as assist in structuring these projects.

Paul serves as Chief Investment Officer of Argos Investment Advisors, LLC, where he works with Argos Partners’ ultra-affluent families to implement all aspects of their highly customized investment programs. Working closely with Argos’ tax and estate professionals, Paul also evaluates and recommends investments in marketable securities, private equity and private debt, real estate and other alternative investments based on each family’s liquidity needs, time horizon and risk tolerance. Spanning the wide and varied needs of Argos’ families, Paul’s alternative investment expertise includes analysis of operating companies, structured notes, hedge funds, commercial real estate and apartments.
